Just search for your area on the map. You will see the name of your city. Click on it and you will see all the 5G Bands in your area. If your area mark with the colour then it means your area has 5G coverage.
Some network provider provides their own application to test whether or not the phone is in the 5G coverage area and dose it needs any software updates to use 5G; for example airtel.
